W4RES is a 3-year EU-funded project that aims to increase the participation of women in the market introduction and use of renewable heating and cooling solutions. For this purpose, different support measures are tested and validated in 8 European countries.

As part of this project, the Steinbeis Europa Zentrum is organising a seminar on empowering women in the energy sector on 27 March 2023 in Stuttgart.

The seminar will consist of a varied mix of lectures, discussions and practical exercises. The aim is to provide basics on gender aspects in the energy sector and to present different tools to achieve higher gender equity.

At the end of the workshop you will be able to develop a gender action plan for your company or organisation.
