If you want to maintain a certain level in the high-tech area on Lake Constance, you have permanently be on state-of-the-art of science and technology. Lercher Werkzeugbau in Klaus, AUT, has been ensuring this for more than 40 years.

With 140 professionals, they have blossomed into a specialist for injection molding tools (primarily plastic injection molding) on an area of 8000 m2. The concentration of technology is unusual for this size of company: 5-axis milling center, turning-milling machines, high-speed cutting, wire and die-sinking EDM, form and thread grinding, 3D printing for prototyping, etc. 

In the assembly department the tools are completed, tested in the neighboring technical center and - if desired - also used for the production of plastic parts.Therefore are more than 40 injection molding machines (some with robot handling) on the 1st floor.

Customers from the fittings industry, automotive and medical technology (clean room production) rely on the "hidden" specialist.
