In numerous applications, hydraulic cylinders are used to move and hold large loads.

In tool and mold making, depending on the article geometry to be sprayed, it may be necessary to create a breakthrough or undercut. In order to keep a core or slide valve in the cavity in this application, the locking cylinder is used in block design such as our VBZNI250. This saves you complex inclined slide designs or additional locks and ultimately costs!

With these locking cylinders, a positive locking takes place, whereby a secure connection between piston and cylinder is established. When the piston is subsequently moved, the connection can be easily loosened again.

So that the VBZNI250 can be flanged directly like the standard block cylinders from HEB and thus disturbing supply lines can be dispensed with, the VBZNI250 is also available with O-ring connection.
