The Female FutureTech Summit 2026 brings together women from future-oriented technologies, STEM fields, and industry — ranging from quantum technology and AI to electronics manufacturing and automation, as well as medical technology, aerospace, and energy.
The summit creates a space for exchange, inspiration, and new perspectives — with the goal of highlighting career paths, strengthening networks, and actively promoting diversity in high-tech industries.

At the Female FutureTech Summit 2026, attendees can look forward to a new and exciting program feature: one-on-one coaching. During these 15-minute one-on-one sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss specific questions, professional challenges, or concrete next steps directly with qualified coaches and consultants.
The coaching sessions will take place on both days of the event and will focus on the following selected topics:

Coaching slots are limited and will be coordinated in advance. Visitors can sign up for an appointment via a registration form.
