The Female FutureTech Summit 2026 brings together women from future-oriented technologies, STEM fields, and industry — ranging from quantum technology and AI to electronics manufacturing and automation, as well as medical technology, aerospace, and energy.
The summit creates a space for exchange, inspiration, and new perspectives — with the goal of highlighting career paths, strengthening networks, and actively promoting diversity in high-tech industries.

At the Female FutureTech Summit 2026, attendees can look forward to a new and exciting program feature: one-on-one coaching. In personal 15-minute sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss specific questions with experienced experts and coaches.
Whether you’re seeking initial feedback on a startup idea, inspiration for your next career move, guidance on leadership topics, or suggestions for expanding your network—these sessions will offer you new perspectives and concrete ideas to help you plan your next steps.

As Head of Female Entrepreneurship and Startup Coach at the University of Stuttgart, I support female founders and innovation teams in developing their ideas and taking the next steps toward launching their businesses. I have been actively involved in the leadership of EXIST Women since 2025. Prior to that, I founded a food-tech startup myself, so I understand both sides of the entrepreneurial journey.
