Ruby Schuster
Career Coach and Mentor
Rubin Coaching Consulting

Ruby Schuster is a career coach and mentor for ambitious women. After more than 20 years in the automotive industry — including 17 years at Mercedes-Benz, with five years of international experience as an expat in China and seven years of leadership experience, 2.5 of which were spent in a job-sharing arrangement — she left her secure leadership position behind to turn her passion into her profession. As a certified systemic business coach and owner of Rubin Coaching & Consulting, she now supports women in leading successfully, clearly, and with ease—themselves, their lives, and their teams.

If you’re looking for more clarity about your career path—where you want to go and how to get there—if you want to come across as confident and present without compromising who you are, or if you want to set clearer boundaries and priorities so that your life feels easier: Then book a 1:1 coaching session with her.

Standing Out with Confidence in Networking – Mini-Pitch, Presence, and Making Connections

You’re at an event, looking to make new connections, and you realize: Now is the time to clearly state who you are, what you do, and why it matters.

In this one-on-one live coaching session, you’ll bring your specific situation: your brief self-introduction, how you break the ice, your mini-pitch or presentation, or a moment when you’d like to come across as more visible, confident, and authentic.

Together, we’ll explore: Where is the greatest leverage? Voice, body language, pace, eye contact? Or your opening line, storytelling, and structure? You’ll receive clear guidance and exercises, as well as direct feedback, so you can immediately feel how to connect more easily and leave a lasting impression with your expertise.

This coaching is right for you if you want to present yourself more clearly at events, while networking, during pitches, or in professional conversations—without coming across as stiff, rehearsed, or “salesy.”

FRAUPÖTZ

For this one moment.

In a moment of stillness, you sit across from me. You smile and nod in agreement. Perhaps your whole body is smiling too—such is the joy you feel at the insight you’ve just gained. Motivation and pride fill the room. Your mind and heart are in harmony, your feet ready to set out on your new path.

It is this moment that makes my work as a business coach—focused on women in leadership positions—so special. For 11 years now, every single day.

And who knows—maybe you’ll be smiling just a little bit more after our 15 minutes together. I’m eager to hear about your concerns and look forward to meeting you.

Warm regards,
Nadine
