At Brawo Spa, we tailor production cycles to meet your exact specifications, optimize production efficiency and ensure the higher quality standards. Our cutting-edge machinery includes:

• over 50 forging presses,
• internal systems for the heat treatments
• 60 transfer machines, and CNC machining center

This allows to realize simple to complex parts in mid to high volumes (from 1.000 to multi-million pieces) with a weight range from 0.01 to 25 kg. We are able to provide also a wide range of surface treatment like sand or brass blasting and different kind of galvanic plating and anodizing.

Thanks to the in-house metrological and metallurgical labs along, we ensure top-notch quality control at every stage.

With plants in Italy, USA, and Canada, we are a global partner and can provide different logistic solutions like Just in Time production, Consignment Stock and Vendor Management Programs for the American market.
