XR EXPO offers you, as a company, different ways to present yourself to the industry, potential customers and partners – individually tailored to your goals and your budget! For this purpose, we can offer you a suitable offer for every goal and every target group: from classic exhibition space and All-Inclusive packages through to attractive sponsorship offers. In the case of start-ups (up to 5 years old,), research institutes and universities, we also have a perfect offer for your participation in XR EXPO: you can forge valuable contacts, increase your brand awareness and position your company in an international environment without any major organisational effort.
As a VDC member, you will benefit from a unique advantage: book your required exhibition space – and we will double it for you free of charge! For example, if you book 6 m², you will receive 12 m² of stand space – but only pay for 6 m². Please note: even as a VDC member, you must book the minimum stand size of 6 m². The stand construction costs are based on the actual size, i.e. 12 m² in this example. You will therefore enjoy maximum presence at a minimum price per square metre!
