SICK extends contract of CFO

The Supervisory Board of the technology company SICK extended the Executive Board contract with Jan-H. Eberhardt, Chief Financial Officer of SICK, by five years ahead of schedule. With this decision, the company underlines in its confidence in its successful work and relies on continuity in the Executive Board team.

The SICK Supervisory Board extended the contract with Jan-H. Eberhardt, member of the SICK Executive Board and responsible for Finance & IT, until 2031. This decision will ensure a high level of personnel continuity for the Executive Board team over the coming years. In addition, this decision supports the future-oriented development of the company. 

Jan-H. Eberhardt took over the Finance & IT portfolio in October 2023. The graduate economist was born in Kassel, Germany, in 1980 and has held various management positions for the medical technology company B. Braun since 2007, and has been Group Vice President Corporate Accounting & Controlling since 2017.
