Higher precision and safety in process monitoring

IDS Imaging Development Systems GmbH announces that the uEye SCP, featuring the Sony IMX900 from the Pregius S series with a global shutter, is available to order in series. The camera complements the uEye Live monitoring portfolio and is supplied with the latest uEye Live firmware version 1.3.

With version 1.3, all uEye Live monitoring cameras gain new features that significantly improve security and usability. In addition to RTSP, the cameras now also support RTSPS. Video data is transmitted and encrypted via Secure RTP, allowing it to be streamed securely over the network. Recorded video sequences can now also be played back directly in the web frontend without the need for a prior download. Furthermore, all camera settings can now be saved, exported and transferred to other cameras as a complete parameter set. So you can back up existing application configurations and get new cameras up and running more quickly.
