FRAMOS expands North American footprint through acquisition of EMAC Inc.

FRAMOS, a global leader in embedded vision technologies, today announced the acquisition of EMAC Inc., a U.S.-based leader in custom embedded computing systems and integration services.

The acquisition expands FRAMOS’ capabilities in tailored embedded platforms and system integration, enabling the company to support customers even more comprehensively in building application specific vision systems. At the same time, FRAMOS’ strategic focus on imaging, optics, and embedded vision stays the same.
