Messe Stuttgart now taking over the EXPO 4.0 / TV TecStyle Visions trade fair alliance as its own event with even more synergies

Messe Stuttgart has strengthened its Industrial Solutions Business Division by taking over the Expo 4.0 trade fair alliance. TV TecStyle Visions, Europe's leading trade fair for textile finishing and promotion, as well as the two trade fairs GiveADays and WETEC are now own events of Messe Stuttgart and are being managed completely from Stuttgart. Most recently, in spring 2018, the trade fair alliance recorded a total of 566 exhibitors from 28 countries and 13,700 trade visitors from 41 countries. The declared objective: to consistently expand the international character of the trade fair alliance and establish it as the leading event for the areas of advertising technology, promotion and textile finishing. The next Expo 4.0 will take place from 30 January to 1 February 2020. However, POS Masters, which has previously participated twice in the event, will not take part in 2020.

TV TecStyle Visions has impressed for years with constant increases in the registered exhibitors and rising visitor numbers. Nadine Dingert, Project Manager for TecStyle Visions and Overall Project Manager for EXPO 4.0 at Messe Stuttgart, summarised: "In the last few years TV TecStyle Visions has systematically extended its leading position in Europe as the trade fair for textile finishing and promotion. We are delighted that we can now make full use of all the synergies for sales and implementation. This includes, for example, our worldwide network of foreign representatives or complete integration with the exhibitor services at the Stuttgart trade fair centre. We will maintain the previous strategy: a wide range of exhibits supplemented by special shows and a technical forum." Roland Gruber, GMK Fachmessen, added: "We have been successfully cooperating with Messe Stuttgart for many years. For us, the sale to the future general event organiser is the next logical step in order to expand the format of TV TecStyle Visions as the leading trade fair for textile finishing and promotion. With our specialist media, we will also continue to support Messe Stuttgart as a media partner."

The strategy and the measures derived from the strategy are being improved and selectively supplemented together with the trade fair advisory board. The highlights in the accompanying programme include daily fashion shows with models and dancers. Visitors can try their hand in the special technical show. The expert network and Charlie Taublieb alias Dr. Print will answers the questions from visitors. The programme will be rounded off by technical talks on current trends topics in textile finishing and on materials and techniques.
