Industry trade fairs in Stuttgart: Together for success21.09.2018 - 13:54
AMB 2018 shows what is possible
The extent of the synergy effects is shown at AMB, the international exhibition for metal working. In 2016, more than one third of the exhibitors addressed medical technology and around 5,000 visitors travelled to Stuttgart especially for this reason. For the long-term AMB and LASYS exhibitor, Bernhard Werner from System Sales at Photon Energy, the location of Stuttgart is also ideal for medical technology and its suppliers: "Medical technology is strongly represented in the region. We will present our innovations at T4M and maintain our network. Especially in view of the strict regulations, we want to specifically target quality managers and managing directors at T4M, who have the necessary understanding and are specifically looking for medical technology solutions." Exhibitor, Dirk Konzok, Sales Manager at LPW Reinigungssysteme, adds: "It is important for us to be represented at AMB and T4M. Apart from the automotive industry, medical technology is our most important market. However, the customer requirements differ significantly. With T4M we want to come into increased contact with purchasers and project planners in order to become involved in new projects as early as possible."
Keen interest in T4M
On Wednesday, 19 September, the team under T4M Project Manager Tanja Wendling invited guests at AMB to exchange information and ideas and to network. "Our aim is to become a solid partner of the medical technology industry, for this my team is focussed on one trade fair, on one location, and fills it with life in close cooperation with the industry", explains Wendling. Jacek Nowinski, from International Sales at Carl Haas GmbH, took part in the information event during AMB: "Already before the trade fair the T4M team once again gave us an opportunity to network. We were also able to convince ourselves that the new trade fair for medical technology is increasingly taking shape and once again put forward our ideas and requirements. The journey can be continued, we are motivated and full of anticipation!"
The countdown is on: On 19 September it was exactly 230 days until the opening of the new medical technology trade fair in Stuttgart. The early-bird discount is still valid up until 30 September 2018. Around 20,000 square metres of exhibition space is available to the over 100 exhibitors who have already registered. The concept envisages forums in both halls, which will be utilised by renowned media partners, among others. Well-known industry insiders take visitors on guided tours to interesting providers. Other formats, which were previously not at any other medical technology trade fair in Germany, are in the bag and are awaiting their announcement.back to overview
