Miriam Schuh is Salary Partner at reuschlaw Legal Consultants and heads the Healthcare Department of the Product Liability Boutique. As an expert in the fields of medical device law/medical law and cosmetics law, Miriam Schuh advises medium-sized and large manufacturers, suppliers and distributors in the medical device industry on a national and international level. Her clients also include national and international research institutions and industry associations.
She specialises in regulatory affairs, the negotiation and drafting of international contractual agreements (purchasing and distribution), UN sales law, international product liability law, labour law and compliance.

Marcus Kuhlmann, Head of the Medical Technology Association, on market development

Marcus Kuhlmann has headed the Medical Technology Association of the SPECTARIS industry association since 2014. Based in Berlin, the association represents the economic and political interests of its 400 predominantly medium-sized German member companies from the four industrial sectors of consumer optics, photonics, analytical, bio and laboratory equipment as well as medical technology. The Medical Technology Association mainly represents innovative manufacturers of medical investment goods, medical end products and manufacturers of medical aids. The Medical Technology Association is particularly committed to improving the framework conditions for innovation and growth of "Medtech - Made in Germany".
