Special show farm and pasture slaughtering
Slaughtering, cutting and processing at the pasture and on the farm is the optimal concept for butchers who want to make a difference. Farm slaughtering has many advantages: Animals do not have to endure the transport to the slaughterhouse but remain in their familiar environment. They can be slaughtered stress-free. Cutting and processing takes place directly on the farm - in a mobile slaughter and cutting plant including a maturing chamber or in a stationary slaughter plant. This is good for the animal, but also for the meat.
Farm and pasture slaughtering is thus an important building block for sustainable and high-quality meat production. With the meadock® slaughter mobile from Hofschlachtsysteme Hensen, an attractive complete solution was presented at SÜFFA 2021.
