The transparent sausage making kitchen, which was staged for the first time in 2017 in cooperation with Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann KG, will also be another highlight in 2018 on account of its huge success. On stand 9E40 in Hall 9, visitors to SÜFFA will be able to obtain a personal overview of the mode of operation and quality of Seydelmann's machines during the live production of meat loaf several times a day. Experienced food technologists from Seydelmann will provide the visitors with an exclusive insight into the mode of operation of the industrial machines and will explain every step of the production of the meat loaf. The practical operation of a vacuum cutter, the K 64 AC-8, will be demonstrated. This will involve an exclusive presentation of vacuum technology which is now being used to an increasing extent in food production. The fresh meat loaf can then be sampled on the production stand 9E40 or on the Seydelmann Stand 9A11 in Hall 9.
