afz AKADEMIE

With the afz AKADEMIE, the afz and SÜFFA brought the butchers' trade together on 18 September 2021 and facilitated an exciting exchange as well as further training with vision. Under the motto "Doing more meat business", the event format offered industry representatives an exciting and practical platform for learning, discussing and networking. As usual, the event was divided into a series of lectures with numerous best-practice examples as well as a practical workshop and VIP tours.
