Creativity and craftsmanship wanted
It should follow a creative idea, look and taste delicious, have harmonic colouring, meet the given theme, showcase craftsmanship as well as tidiness. Sounds like squaring the circle? These are the requirements of the Carlo Wildt Cup that will be held at südback 2022 from 22 to 25 October for the 14th time already. This year’s theme is: Contrasts.
Until 30 September 2022, confectioners who are in their second or third year of training can apply.
