südback is one of the most important trade fairs for the bakery and confectionery trade in Europe. It serves as a key platform for the exchange of ideas, trends and innovative concepts within the industry.

The next südback will be taking place from 24 to 27 October 2026 on the grounds of Messe Stuttgart.

Tickets can also be purchased at the trade fair. However, payment is only possible by card and there will be an additional charge of €5.

Discounted admission tickets are available for schoolchildren, students, pensioners, people with a disability and children aged 6-15 years. A valid identity card must be shown at the entrance.

People who hold a valid severe disability ID card with B classification can collect a free admission ticket for the person accompanying them from the information desks at the entrances upon presentation of their pass.

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

Children from 6 years of age require an admission ticket.

Public transport is not included with the ticket.

  • Sat – Tues, 24 – 27.10.2026, 09:00 – 18:00

The current site plan can be found here.

There are 6,700 parking spaces available directly on the trade fair grounds. Furthermore, the neighbouring airport car park can also be used. More information
