All about Process Management (AAPM) at NORTEC: 04th February 2026

As part of NORTEC, AAPM is bringing its community to the Hamburg exhibition grounds. The specialist conference, initiated by Messe Stuttgart, takes a holistic approach to process management and promotes open, practice-oriented, and cross-industry exchange.

AAPM covers the entire spectrum of process-relevant topics:

• from the identification and documentation of processes,
• to identifying optimization potential,
• all the way to change management, digitalization, and automation.

Between 1:30 pm and 6:30 pm, participants can look forward to a varied program: After arrival, the event kicks off with a welcome and keynotes, setting the stage for the content to follow. This is followed by opportunities for exchange, round tables addressing specific questions, and practical short presentations that offer new perspectives.

There will be continuous opportunities for conversations with experts to share experiences. Afterwards, the event transitions seamlessly into open networking in a relaxed atmosphere.
