Leading online marketing event in Stuttgart for first time03.01.2020
According to the organiser Fastlane Marketing Agentur, "This is Marketing" was one of the most important online marketing events held in 2019 in the German-speaking region. At the congress and adjoining trade fair, world-leading digital market specialists recently demonstrated how good online marketing functions today and in the future. A total of 2000 visitors were interested and attended the presentations on the most diverse aspects of the marketing industry, which were given by nationally and internationally recognised speakers.
Parallel to the congress in the ICS International Congress Center Stuttgart with a stage show, large and small companies presented their brands at the adjoining trade fair. The highlights included the Facebook stand. The social media platform presented itself on the congress stage with the speaker Ann-Cathrin Edelhoff. Another equally famous participant was the American marketing expert Jason Fladlien, whose congress contribution likewise attracted great interest.
Marcel Knopf - the founder of the Fastlane Marketing Agentur and initiator of the event - impressed the visitors with various specialist presentations on the topic of online marketing. Further presentations that attracted large numbers of visitors were given by Roland Frasier, Hermann Scherer, Gesa Lischka, Prof. Dr. Jack Nasher, Calvin Hollywood, Detlef D! Soost, Kris Stelljes, as well as Thomas Klußmann and Christoph Schreiber, the co-organisers of the event. Thanks to this broad range of speakers from the most diverse areas of marketing, the event succeeded in giving a profound insight into the sector.
"The good accessibility of the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre was decisive for our choice of the venue, because, thanks to the international character of the event, the visitors were dependent on the vicinity of the location to Stuttgart Airport. Likewise, the venue was also attractive on account of its size and good layout. It was thus possible to guarantee direct access from the trade fair to the stage," says Marcel Knopf, explaining the reasons for the choice of location.
Stefan Lohnert, Vice President Guest Events at Messe Stuttgart, thus sees his view confirmed "that, with its space concept, and thanks to the short distances between the presentation areas and the exhibition spaces, the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre is the ideal location for congress trade fairs."
The event organiser was in any case convinced by the location of the Trade Fair Centre. "'This is Marketing' will again take place next year in Stuttgart. The dates will be one month earlier, on 7 and 8 November 2020. The waiting list for the tickets is already open," says Knopf looking ahead.
