The participating company irrevocably authorises LMS without any time restriction to publish the Sneak Preview on the Moulding Expo LinkedIn channel and grants LMS the necessary rights (in particular rights of use and trademark rights). This includes, in particular, the rights to edit and forward the content to third parties. If an author is to be named in accordance with Section 13 of the German Copyright Act (UrhG), the participating company shall notify LMS of this in good time. Otherwise LMS may assume that this naming of the author can be waived.

7. Disclaimer
LMS shall only be liable for damages caused by malice, intentional or grossly negligent actions on the part of LMS, its legal representatives, employees and other vicarious agents and in the event of serious organisational negligence.
Otherwise, any liability on the part of LMS is excluded, irrespective of the specific legal nature of the claims (e.g. tortious claims, claims for reimbursement of futile expenses).
However, this exclusion of liability shall not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body or health caused by a culpable act of LMS, its legal representatives, employees or vicarious agents, in the case of liability under the Product Liability Act, or with regard to guarantees given by LMS, in particular guaranteed characteristics. LMS shall also be liable if it has claimed a special trust for itself in the Sneak Preview or if a risk exclusively controllable by it has materialised in the occurrence of the damage.
This exemption from liability does not imply a change in the burden of proof.
