Excellence which connects people: Grand Prix of Conference Hotels 2025 presented in the Nouri Hotel

What constitutes a good conference hotel? It is no longer just a matter of beamers, flip charts and functional rooms. There is demand for locations which provide inspiration, bring people together and create a perfect setting for productive work – with aspirations, atmosphere and authenticity.

Precisely this excellence was honoured in the Grand Prix of Conference Hotels 2025. The specialist portal Mein Tophotel honoured the best conference hotels in German-speaking countries for the 29th time – and brought together the top names in the industry for the official Award presentation ceremony at the Nouri Hotel in Bad Krozingen.

In a stylish atmosphere and with warm hospitality, the Nouri Hotel provided the ideal setting for the Tophotel Day 2025.

Impressive quality – jury meets the community

The Award winners were determined by means of a combined method: 50% online voting and 50% judging by a specialist jury. With Stephan Gingter (President of the Professional Association for Training, Consulting, and Coaching (BDVT)), Jacqueline Schaffrath (Mein Tophotel) and Julian Gruber (mep magazine), experienced industry insiders evaluated not only facilities and service, but also innovative capacity, atmosphere and sustainable concepts.

Change in conference hotels – and with attitude

This year's winners prove conclusively that conference hotels are far more than a pure function. They are an experience space, a learning location and a hosting platform rolled into one – shaped by people who understand their craft and manage with passion and responsibility.

Whether sustainable concepts, modern architecture or living service culture, the Award winning hotels prove that the industry is finding answers to current challenges through innovative capacity and a clear attitude – while always still focusing on people.
