Digitalisation of entry and exit management with VisiFair
VisiFair, the new digital entry and exit management system of Messe Stuttgart, is being used for events in Stuttgart. The previous entry regulations with a deposit no longer apply. Entry to the trade fair grounds for stand construction and dismantling is only possible by booking a time window (slots) which is subject to a charge! After you leave the particular loading zone, free parking areas are available on the trade fair grounds for temporary parking (up to 20.00).
Information about booking your time window (slots)
- In order to use the VisiFair booking system, please go through the one-off registration process. You can then log in. Under "Forthcoming events", now use the event code to activate the required event.
- You can find the link to the booking page and further information at: https://www.messe-stuttgart.de/visifair
- Access to the trade fair grounds is via Gate 2 of the truck pool. Follow the signs "Deliveries" when approaching the trade fair grounds.
- On the last day of the trade fair, it will not be possible to enter the trade fair grounds between midday and release of the halls after the end of the trade fair.

Interactive hall plans ensure that visitors can find your stand on the exhibition grounds quickly and easily.
You present your company clearly in the exhibitor overview and can be found directly by your target group at any time.
The program can be searched specifically, allowing you to keep track of relevant program highlights.
Via matchmaking, you can get in direct contact with visitors as well as other exhibitors.
Non-guided tours for FOCUSVENDING and Communal Food can be booked exclusively via the app.
With the integrated selfie cam, you can capture your trade fair experiences directly.
In the app, you can conveniently switch between INTERGASTRA and GELATISSIMO.
A cross-denomination and inter-faith prayer room is located at the Entrance East/lower level opposite the cloakroom (see site plan)
A breather (15-minute devotions) is held daily at 12:45 during every trade fair.
The prayer room is also available to visitors of the Jewish and Muslim faiths.
The charitable association Schwäbische Tafel Stuttgart e. V. will again this year be pleased to receive your leftover food and household products for their social facility at the end of each trade fair day. The foodstuffs will be collected at special collection points in the halls.

The collection points are marked with a sign "Schwäbische Tafel /Food donations" and you can leave your goods there.
Pick-up times at the collection points:
Saturday, 7.2.2026 between 17:00-18:00 pm by Foodsharing teams (only that day not by Schwäbische Tafel)
Sunday, 8.2. - Tuesday 10.2.2026 between 17:00 and 18:00 pm
Wednesday, 11.2.2026 between 16:00 and 17:00 pm
Note:
The following products would be appreciated:
- Basically everything which can be found in a normal supermarket: all kind of foodstuffs, beverages and household goods, however no opened packages, open sandwiches or alcohol. Below some examples of needed products:
- Frozen products, canned food, cakes and pies, sweets, chocolate, baking mixes, snacks, yoghurts, fruit, vegetables, salad, cheese, sausages, packed meat & fish, oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, gelato (filled in thermo / transport boxes).
- All types of non-alcoholic cold and hot beverages, e. g. juices, lemonades, water, milk, coffee creamers, coffee, coffee capsules, tea..
- Cosmetic, hygiene and household articles, cleaning products, cooking utensils, crockery & disposable crockery, napkins, tablecloths, placemats, animal food and equipment, clothes, toys and books for children
- Bread and rolls are only required and collected in reduced quantities as Schwäbische Tafel is also supported by some regional bakeries
