The DEHOGA StartUp Box was an innovative experience area at the DEHOGA stand in Hall 7, which presented the future of gastronomy in a practical and inspiring way. Covering an area of around 500 m², it showed how digitalization, robotics, and artificial intelligence are already changing the industry today — and what potential this holds for tomorrow.

From an AI-supported check-in avatar to intelligent waste analysis and a waffle robot: the technology stations made modern solutions visible and understandable. The offering was complemented by presentations on the side stage, interactive social media zones, and consulting formats from DEHOGA Consulting and Academy.

The open design, the lounge area with bar, and personal support from experts created space for exchange, networking, and new ideas. The StartUp Box was thus a source of inspiration for anyone who wants to rethink gastronomy and actively shape its future.

The DEHOGA Start-up Box is funded by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor, and Tourism and its state campaigns Start-up BW and Nachfolge BW.
