Successful together – That was INTERGASTRA 2026!

INTERGASTRA 2026 has once again confirmed its position as a trade fair at the top of its game, impressively demonstrating the major appeal it holds for the hospitality industry. A strategic event programmethat catered to the various target groups provided visitors with the guidance they needed navigating the industry’s current environment. 

With key themes such as the Food & Concept Court or the NEWFOOD X NOW innovation platform, INTERGASTRA had plenty of inspirational content to share for shaping the future of the hotel and gastronomy business. Communal catering came under the spotlight for the first time, while the special show “Good food for school classes – LunchLab” addressed the latest challenges for kindergartens, schools and caterers.

The Young Talents Camp also sent a clear signal regarding the future of the industry. Young people from all over Germany came together to share their enthusiasm for hospitality, culinary enjoyment and the service profession, and to connect directly with experienced professionals. Various other competitions and masterclasses rounded off what can only be described as an inspirational and diverse programme.
