Remember: Messe Stuttgart cannot accept any packages or postal deliveries for trade fair stands! For reasons of liability, employees of Messe Stuttgart are unfortunately not permitted to accept goods. One of your employees must be present at the trade fair stand to accept any deliveries. As this cannot always be guaranteed, please make prior arrangements and use the convenient delivery and storage service of the freight company SCHENKER on location. SCHENKER will accept your consignment and deliver it to your stand when you are there – a simple and reliable solution!

  • The attached flyer “At a glance” (PDF, 187 KB) contains all the information on stand construction and dismantling, as well as the access regulations.
  • Any additional days required for construction of the stand that fall outside the time frame specified are subject to a fee and must be registered with and approved through the Stuttgart Messe Service Portal beforehand.
  • Please remember to forward the documents to the people constructing the trade fair stand.

You can download and print out your free exhibitor passes and stand construction/dismantling passes after you have paid the stand invoice. Would you like to use local public transport free of charge? Then personalise your exhibitor passes and activate VVS (Stuttgart public transport system) before downloading.

The number of free passes is based on the hired stand area. You also have the option here of ordering further passes (subject to a fee) should you require more.

Co-exhibitors are not eligible for free exhibitor passes. Please refer here to your principal exhibitor.

Regulatory controls are steadily increasing: please refer to the form for the distribution of food and drinks.

Other important leaflets can be found in the download section of the portal (e.g. in relation to gas cylinders and compressed air tanks, deep-frying machinery, GEMA, etc.)

Will you be organising internal meetings during INTERGASTRA 2026 or do you need a room to which your employees can retreat and take a break? There are meeting rooms in every one of our trade fair halls, ranging in size from 23 to 39 m². The rooms have natural light and can also be darkened on request.

The meeting rooms are equipped with block seating as standard and capacity for approx. 12 people. If you require alternative furnishings or a special seating arrangement, these requests will be subject to an additional fee (please contact us for more details).

Meeting rooms can be easily booked through our SMS Portal in connection with your participation.

Together for success – Visitor promotion is already well under way to ensure as many professionals as possible know about INTERGASTRA/GELATISSIMO. We bring the visitors to the trade fair grounds. Advertise the event among your customer base too. We all stand to benefit from strong customer interest!
 

Codes for admission tickets – digital or in various print versions – can be conveniently ordered from both our ticket shop and advertising media shop in the Service Portal. A charge of €19 for any code redeemed will be invoiced to you following the event. There is no charge for codes that are redeemed from outside Germany.

To sum up:

  • As an exhibiting company, you have an unlimited number of admission codes for free day tickets at your disposal. With the admission codes, your visitors have free admission to INTERGASTRA & GELATISSIMO, and we will invoice you after the trade fair at only €19 net for each admission code used.
  • Benefit from planning security when inviting your customers and take advantage of the flat rate for trade fair ticket codes, applied uniformly to all redeemed codes outside of Baden-Württemberg Produktdetailansicht | Messe Stuttgart
  • There is no charge for any codes redeemed by international visitors, i.e. visitors coming from outside Germany.
  • Via the Messe Ticket Service (yellow puzzle piece), the admission codes can be downloaded as a csv file (comparable to an Excel file) for your serial letters or in pdf format.
  • Our printed vouchers with integrated admission code are available via the Advertising Media Offer red puzzle piece.

  • The Stuttgart Messe Service Portal provides daily updated information about the customers who have already redeemed your trade fair admission codes and those who actually attended the event.
  • After the trade fair, the visitor addresses will be available for you to download for 6 weeks. The link for this will be provided here at a later stage.

Select the marketing package best suited to your requirements to showcase your company, your products and your solutions to trade fair visitors via the official trade fair media channels. This media contains the most important entry formats, guaranteed to draw attention to your company, your products and your solutions. Boost your image while also making it easy for new customers to get in touch.
 
Take the opportunity to make a strong, particularly digital, impression early on. Easily update your website or social media channels at regular intervals in the run-up to INTERGASTRA 2026.
 
A complete overview of all advertising opportunities provided by the trade fair media can be found in the Online Order System (OBS), accessed through the Messe Stuttgart Service Portal under “Trade Fair Media”.

A media fee is charged together with the stand rental fee. The media fee covers, when registered before the copy deadline, the inclusion of the following information in the Exhibitor Directory:

  • Company name
  • Street with house number, postcode, city, country
  • Phone, company e-mail address
  • Link to website
  • Three categories from the Product & Services Directory
  • Company logo
  • Hall and stand number(s)

     

This information will be included in at least one of the following official trade fair media channels following a decision by Messe Stuttgart:

  • Online exhibitor directory
  • Print trade fair publication (e.g. Visitor Guide, Catalogue, Magazine, etc.)
  • Trade fair app
  • Exhibitor directory in digital visitor information system on the trade fair grounds (at events in Stuttgart)

     

The following additional services are also covered by the media fee:

  • Free print and digital advertising material (offer available in advertising materials shop in the Stuttgart Messe Service Portal)
  • Discounted trade fair ticket codes for customer and partner invitations (accessible, incl. prices, via the Messe Ticket Shop in the Stuttgart Messe Service Portal)
  • Exclusive right to book advertising spaces, sponsoring packages, rooms and publications in relation to INTERGASTRA 2026

   

There is also the option of purchasing additional entries in the trade fair media from our catalogue publisher Neureuter Fair Media GmbH.

Please remember to provide us with information about your co-exhibitors so that we can include them in our trade fair media channels. Give your co-exhibitors the chance to benefit from additional advertising measures too.

When it comes to protecting the environment, Messe Stuttgart is dedicated to reducing the amount of waste generated on its grounds. This is only possible with your help, however!

  • For this reason, we would ask you to carefully consider the necessity of your packaging materials and disposable tableware before and during the trade fair.
  • In the event that a complete switch cannot be made to reusable alternatives for the consumption of food and drinks, we would ask that you use disposable tableware that is environmentally friendly and recyclable. Several INTERGASTRA & GELATISSIMO exhibitors have already incorporated environmentally friendly disposable tableware solutions and may be able to advise you further.
  • Environment-friendly and recyclable disposable tableware is provided in the bistros in the halls and in the trade fair shops.
  • Please remember to order the correct waste disposal service for your stand via the Stuttgart Messe Service Portal. You have the option of separating your waste, with separate waste containers for paper, plastic, food waste, etc. available to order. Only 100% sorted waste can also be directed to the right recycling system by our service partner.
  • Did you know that the packaging material left over after your stand construction (e.g. cardboard, plastic covers etc.) can also be stored by us until the end of the trade fair and then re-used for the dismantling? This service can be ordered through the Messe Stuttgart Service Portal from our service partner and logistics provider SCHENKER (Tel.: +49 711 18560-3300, fairs.stuttgart(at)dbschenker.com).
  • Please never dispose of your food leftovers (e.g. ice cream) in the drains of the trade fair centre as this causes blockages. Also do not dispose of other waste in the food waste containers!

Order your exhibitor parking passes now through the Service Portal. Please note that there is only a very limited amount of VIP parking passes and loading bay parking spaces available. Orders will be considered on a first-come first-serve basis.

Parking during stand construction and dismantling

VisiFair, the new digital entry and exit management system from Messe Stuttgart is now being used at all events. The previous vehicle admission system with deposit is no longer applicable.

  • Accessing the trade fair grounds for stand construction and dismantling is not possible without prior registration and a time slot reservation. Please note here that there are slots available for the loading bays/halls (subject to a fee), as well as free slots for the parking spaces P30 to P32 available every day within the scheduled times for construction and dismantling.
  • You can drive into the loading bays for loading and unloading. There is a limit to the time that can be spent in the loading bays. You must book your individual time slot through VisiFair.
  • After loading and unloading, you have the option of parking on the premises free of charge.
  • If during stand construction and dismantling you do not need to drive into the loading bays, during the construction and dismantling periods the outdoor area is available to you for parking.

Information about booking your time slot

  • In order to be able to use the VisiFair booking system, please register for the service first. You will then be able to log in.

Parking during the trade fair

  • Long-term parking permits can be pre-ordered online through the Service Portal or purchased on site from our service partner Apcoa in the Bosch multi-storey car park P20, Level 0. On presentation of your exhibitor pass, you will receive the parking permit at exhibitor terms.
  • The permanent parking permits are valid during the trade fair period, as well as on the last day of stand construction and the first day of dismantling. 
  • Please note the parking areas stated on the car-park ticket.

Before INTERGASTRA starts, we invite the press through our mailing list to visit the grounds and provide an overview of the dates specific to journalists. We will be happy to provide assistance should you wish to plan your own press event or press conference and can include it in our overview free of charge.

Successful together – take advantage of the INTERGASTRA 2026 supporting program!
Visitor advertising is already in full swing. We are bringing trade visitors to the exhibition grounds – and you can present your content there in the best possible way. Use the supporting program to draw the attention of interested parties directly to your stand.
 
Your options:
•    Register free of charge for lectures or workshops that you offer at your booth.
•    Easy entry via the “Supporting program” button in the service portal (Stuttgart Messe Service-Portal).
•    Changes can be made at any time until the start of the trade fair.
 
Important to know:

The supporting program is for the transfer of specialist knowledge. Pure product presentations or promotional contributions still belong at your exhibition stand and therefore cannot appear in the official supporting program.

Your events will appear on the INTERGASTRA website, in the app, and in the visitor information system – reaching a broad, qualified specialist target group.

Approval for stands with a surface area from 30 m² and/or a construction height of over 3.5 m must always be requested. This also applies to all stand constructions in Hall 1 under the gallery or on the gallery, as well as stands at the Entrance East. Please submit your stand construction plans by Friday, 05.12.2025 in the Stuttgart Messe Service Portal under “Approvals”. Orders received after 8 weeks before the start of construction are possible only upon request. After the start of stand construction, no more stand approvals can be reviewed and approved.

Every exhibiting company is obligated to equip its stand area with partition walls to the neighbouring rear walls. Regulations governing the quality and appearance of the materials used can be found in the Messe Stuttgart Technical Guidelines under 4.7.1.

For security reasons, measures for stand security must only be carried out by the respective service partner of Messe Stuttgart. More details on regulations can be found in the Technical Guidelines of Messe Stuttgart.

VisiFair - The Loading Zone Booking Portal 

To ensure smooth logistics during the regular setup phase, we use our digital logistics tool VisiFair. This allows you to drive directly onto the exhibition grounds at your booked time slot conveniently and without having to leave your vehicle.

The VisiFair system offers you the following booking options:

  • Load & Drive – free of charge: access to the loading yard of your hall for 30 minutes to unload, followed by parking on the exhibition grounds outside the loading yard
  • Time slots in the loading yard – subject to a fee (depending on vehicle size), from 30 to 120 minutes
  • Parking space on the exhibition grounds – free parking during the setup phase (P28, P30–P32)

NEW:

  • Load & Drive is free of charge.
  • “Purchase on account” is now possible.
    To do so, please order the logistics codes via our Service Portal (grey puzzle piece, Logistics, Logistics Codes) and then redeem them in VisiFair.
    Please note that the invoice amount depends on the actual time slot booked in VisiFair. Therefore, the price for the logistics codes is displayed as €0.00 in the Service Portal.
  • Additional payment methods such as PayPal and credit card are available.

Instructions for Booking Entry Slots 

How to book your entry slot or redeem the logistics code (Service Portal):

1. Create a VisiFair account or log in at:
www.visifair-bookings.messe-stuttgart.de

2. Select INTERGASTRA / GELATISSIMO

3. Define the event and vehicle

4. Enter vehicle details (license plate, phone number, etc.) or define them later

5. Select the hall, loading zone, and desired date

6. Select the desired time slot and add it to the cart

7. Enter the logistics code for discounting

8. Confirm the booking and, if applicable, complete payment
(ATTENTION: only PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer are possible)

Further Important Information

If license plates change at short notice:

Changes can be made online in your VisiFair profile until the first entry or directly at the entrance.
The booking link will be sent with the booking confirmation.
Our staff will of course be happy to assist you by phone and on site.

INTERGASTRA & GELATISSIMO 2026 Overview  

Early Setup

During the early setup phase, before Monday, February 2, 2026, no VisiFair system is required for entry.
Please ensure that you have booked the early setup in advance via the Service Portal (subject to a fee).

Regular Setup

INTERGASTRA:
Monday, February 2 – Friday, February 6, 2026
IMPORTANT: Halls 4 and 6 from Tuesday, February 3, 2026

Bookings via VisiFair are required (see above).

Exhibition Period

During the trade fair, no VisiFair system is required.

Please still note:

  • Long-term parking permits / VIP parking spaces can still be booked via the Service Portal
  • Deliveries, catering, and service trips are possible as usual – now with digital vehicle registration, but without a deposit
  • Our staff will be available on site at all times to assist you

Dismantling

Bookings via VisiFair are required (see above).
