6° GELATISSIMO Cup 2026
In 2026, the stage will be set for the best gelatieri again! Talents from home and abroad show off their skills, their creativity and their craftsmanship at the popular GELATISSIMO Cup.
New in the organisation team is CONPAIT, the Association of Italian Confectioners, our new event partner and strong driving force for even better quality and international flair.

Award presentations
The day winners of the 3 competition days will each receive a brand new Vespa scooter, a trophy and a certificate. |
Second and third place day winners will receive a certificate and a special prize from the sponsors. |
The 3 overall winners will have the opportunity to optionally register for the German preliminary round for the Gelato Europe Cup that starts immediately after the GELATISSIMO Cup and traditionally ends at the Rimini trade fair. |
Competition days
- Competition Day 1 | 07.02.2026 | Bergamot gelato with Bergamots from the Reggio Calabria region (fruit will be supplied by the organiser)
- Competition Day 2 | 08.02.2026 | Tiramisu gelato
- Competition Day 3 | 09.02.2026 | Bacio gelato
All ingredients - with the exception of the products mentioned in the Rules of Competition Art. 4 - have to be brought by the participant.
Procedure
- 09:00 | Access for participants
- 09:30 | Check-in at Gelato stage (hall 10)
- 10:00 | Start of gelato production
- 12:00 - 12:30 | 1st Jury slot for the first 15 contestants
- 15:00 - 15:30 | 2nd Jury slot for the next 15 contestants
- Each participant has a maximum of 30 minutes to prepare and hand in the gelato sample. The gelato mixture must be freshly prepared on site on the competition stage. The minimum quantity of ice cream mixture is 3 litres.
- 15:30 – 16:15 | Start of the Master class
- 16:30 | Prize presentation
