CVM-Modul U02

The new "CVM Ex" cell voltage monitor can be used to monitor the cell voltages of electrolysers and thus ensure that the voltages remain within the permissible range during the electrolysis process. The measuring modules are housed in an Atex-certified enclosure, so that the important requirement of explosion protection in electrolysis is fulfilled. A new feature for industrial applications is the provision of data in a Modbus protocol for easy integration into the plant control system.

Another highlight of the trade fair presentation in Stuttgart are the new CVM modules "IntelliProbe U02". "These modules make it possible to also record the current curve in a fuel cell stack time-synchronously with the individual cell voltages", reports Wolfgang Neu, Managing Director of SMART TESTSOLUTIONS. Another possible application is the signal acquisition of further sensors. This means that all physical or electrical variables can be integrated into the CVM system that are recorded via sensors with an output voltage of maximum 5 volts, for example pressures or temperatures.
