Special information on data protection for the competition

Responsible for data processing is Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH & Co. KG, (LMS), Messepiazza 1, 70629 Stuttgart, e-mail: datenschutz(at)messe-stuttgart.de, phone: +49 711 185600.

To take part in this competition, you must provide personal data (first name, surname, company, position/function and e-mail address). LMS processes the data exclusively for the purpose of organising the competition, in particular for determining and notifying the winners. The legal basis is Art. 6 Section 1 lit. f GDPR. If the winners' data is processed for tax purposes, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR. We will delete your data collected as part of the competition after the competition has been completed.

We use your data (first name, surname, company, position/function and e-mail address) on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR to contact you about LMS offers as an event location. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To this effect, send an e-mail to widerspruch(at)messe-stuttgart.de. The consents are stored for 3 years after revocation in order to fulfil our accountability and verification obligations.

The recipients of the winners' data are service providers who support us in the course of the competition and who may have access to your data. Compliance with data protection regulations is contractually ensured in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
There is no obligation towards LMS to provide personal data, but participation in the competition is not possible in this case.
