Messe Stuttgart and the ICS International Congress Center Stuttgart have been setting sustainable trends since they first opened in October 2007. Our central concern is the conservative use of resources and the promotion of a responsible attitude.
Already back in 2010 the trade fair company established a trend-setting standard for the industry with its Green Steps. In the beginning of November 2012, Messe Stuttgart and the ICS International Congress Center Stuttgart joined the industry code of conduct “fairpflichtet”. This code was initiated by the European Association of Event Centres (EVVC) and the German Convention Bureau and provides supporters with practical orientation to enable them to fulfil their corporate responsibitliy. By joining WIN charta, the Baden-Württemberg Economic Initiative for Sustainability, in 2015, we set future oriented standards against which we constantly measure ourselves.
