Subject of processing: Images of identifiable persons present at events on the grounds of Messe Stuttgart taken on behalf of Messe Stuttgart.
Purposes of processing: Reporting on the event as well as press and public relations work.
The recordings may be published on the intranet, in the social media channels and on the websites of those responsible, as well as in radio, TV, print and online media. We may pass on recordings to media companies who use the recordings for reporting purposes. We also archive recordings for future use relating to the specified purposes.

Duration of processing: The data will be processed for as long as it is necessary for the purpose. The data will be deleted at the latest after 10 years.

By publishing photos and videos on social media, social media operators will have access to your data. We have no influence on the recipients to whom these companies pass on your data. The social media operators themselves are responsible for this under data protection law. Recipients may also be located in third countries where data protection levels may be lower than those in the EU and where data subjects' rights do not exist or cannot be exercised.
