Messe Stuttgart has had its own subsidiary in Türkiye since 2010. Messe Stuttgart Ares Fuarcılık hosts the leading trade fair for the bakery and confectionery trades in the Eurasian region, Ibaktech Istanbul. Thanks to close economic ties between Türkiye and Baden-Württemberg, it was a logical move for Messe Stuttgart to start operating in Türkiye and scale up the presence of Turkish exhibitors and visitors at the Stuttgart trade fairs.
