Hands-on Technology, right at your doorstep

The VDI TecMobil is a mobile makerspace from VDI Youth and Technology—a fully equipped bus that travels directly to schools and events to inspire children and teens to get excited about technology and STEM. On board, you’ll find 3D printers, laser cutters, soldering irons, and much more, which we use to conduct hands-on workshops right on site.

At EFX, you can experience the TecMobil up close:

  • Test VEX robots,
  • write your own code using drag-and-drop,
  • and make your very first circuit board light up by soldering components—no prior knowledge required.
