Electronics manufacturing has become a key industry in southern Germany and is strengthening the innovative capacity and competitiveness in the region. A sector that is driving growth and pushing technological development, especially in the strong industrial region of southern Germany. With continuous digitalisation, automation and miniaturisation, companies are now faced with the challenge of increasingly more complex demands in production.
Messe Stuttgart created EFX, Expo for Electronics Manufacturing, in order to showcase the latest trends and technologies in electronics manufacturing. This biennial industry event will be staged for the first time in Stuttgart from 6 to 8 October 2026. It will provide experts, manufacturers and suppliers with an exclusive platform to discover innovations, forge new partnerships and share thoughts and opinions on the future of electronics manufacturing.

EFX will not only be an exhibition, it will also contain expert talks, discussion panels, impulses and networking events during which current challenges faced by the electronics manufacturing industry will be explored.
