Purchased in the online shop of Messe Stuttgart:
We will automatically refund you the purchase price for tickets, i.e. in the form in which payment was made. You need not take any action.
Should you have redeemed an admission or a promotion code for a free visit, it is no longer valid.
Please bear in mind that it will take some time to process refunds.
We are unable to provide any information regarding customers' contracts with third-party providers since these contracts were not entered into with Messe Stuttgart. This also relates to hotel reservations. According to Deutsche Bahn, tickets for long-distance journeys on the company's trains can be cancelled free of charge if the specific reason for travelling no longer applies due to the coronavirus.
