At the International Congress Center of Messe Stuttgart (ICS), didacta exhibitors can book rooms of various sizes. The rooms are available for complete time hours and are equipped with basic technical equipment. The booking is suitable for events such as lectures, workshops, seminars or get-togethers and costs between 195.00€ or 298.00€/hour (price varies depending on the size of the room). Additional technical equipment can be booked. Your contributions to the supporting program (including program item, time, date) will be published free of charge on the didacta homepage in the “Ausstellervorträge” category. From October 2024, all registered exhibitors at didacta 2025 will receive information on how they can specifically participate in the supporting program with their own contributions.
In the Speakers' Area of the exhibition hall, didacta exhibitors can book slots with 25 minutes of speaking time (30 minutes incl. 5 minutes of guide time). The Speakers' Area is equipped with basic presentation technology (image + sound) and seating for 20-30 people. The booking of a Speakers' Area slot is suitable for product presentations or lectures and costs 395,00€ (net). The contributions will be published on the didacta homepage in the category "Ausstellervorträge". From October 2024, all registered exhibitors at didacta 2025 will receive information on how they can participate in the supporting program with their own contributions.
