The Special Show Education at AMB demonstrates how companies can actively shape this transformation.

The spotlight is on practical solutions for vocational training and continuing education in mechanical and plant engineering. Together with strong partners, the Nachwuchsstiftung Maschinenbau (Foundation for the Promotion of Young Talent in Mechanical Engineering) presents innovative approaches to attracting, qualifying and retaining young professionals in the long term.

From state-of-the-art technologies and proven teaching and learning concepts to ready-to-use training materials, the show highlights how education works in practice.
