The registration phase for AMB 2026 will start in spring 2025. Here you can find all information abour registration.
Please let us know about your requirements for the stand, stand location and stand size.
Registration for AMB 2026 is still possible. As hall planning has been underway since August 2025, most of the exhibition space has already been allocated. Incoming registrations are therefore currently placed according to thematic suitability and handled on a “first come, first served” basis. For up-to-date information on available stand spaces, please contact the AMB project management team directly.
There will be a thematic hall layout, based on the previous event and taking into account the product groups listed in the product and service directory. In the first step, companies that registered by 31 July 2025 will be allocated their spaces.
Afterwards, companies registering from 1 August 2025 onwards will receive their placement proposals within the thematically appropriate area – according to the “first come, first served” principle.
A down-payment invoice for 33 % of all ordered services will be issued after receipt of the registration, not before 14 October 2025.
The final stand area invoice will be issued 12 weeks before the beginning of the event for the outstanding difference covering the booked area and the paid down-payment.

Please note the following:
- Before the contract is conluded (stand confirmation has not been sent), a cancellation of the registration is free of charge (GEC 2.3).
- After conclusion of the contract, a cancellation fee of 100 % of the stand rental fee will be charged except in the case of a further rental. In that case, the cancellation fee is reduced by up to 75 % (See GEC 4.1 to 4.3).
