In addition, the technical hall plans included in the stand confirmation should be forwarded to the stand construction company.
Messe Stuttgart does not send out technical hall plans.
If you register after 13 Oct 2024, your registration will first be put on the Replacements list. Only registrations that arrived before 13 Oct 2024 will be considered in the first round of allocations.
Should areas still be available or become available again after that time, these areas will be offered according to topic and in the order of receipt.
We will contact you at the earliest in the beginning of 2024.
Messe Stuttgart will allocate stands according to the time of registration and product groups following the positioning requests of exhibitors received by the start of the allocation process as far as possible. The set-up will follow topics and is oriented on the previous event as well as on the product and services groups according to the Exhibitor Index. Non-binding basis for the stand allocation within the halls will be the AMB 2022 stand allocation.
If you, for example, exhibited at AMB 2022 and would like to book the same stand again, your request will be checked for technical feasibility.
All registrations received before 13 Oct 2023 are considered in the first round of allocation. Exhibitors will receive a corresponding placement offer.
Registrations received after 13 Oct 2023 will be allocated in early 2024 according to availability and stand proposals will be sent out accordingly. Within the product groups, registrations are processed on a first come first served basis.

A down-payment invoice for 33% of all ordered services will be issued after receipt of the registration and the beginning of the allocation process, not before 17 Oct 2023.
The final stand area invoice will be issued 12 weeks after the beginning of the event for the outstanding difference covering the booked area and the paid down-payment.

Please note the following:
Before the contract is conluded (stand confirmation has not been sent), a cancellation of the registration is free of charge. (GEC 2.3)
After conclusion of the contract, a cancellation fee of 100% of the stand rental fee will be charged except in the case of a further rental. In that case, the cancellation fee is reduced by up to 75%. (See GEC 4.1 to 4.3).
