Focal points of offer

SÜFFA, the only German trade fair for the meat industry and the medium-sized industry, takes place on the grounds of Messe Stuttgart. It is characterised as a specialist and innovation trade fair. The focal points of the exhibition include the area of production with raw materials and semi-finished products, work techniques and equipment, food safety and hygiene, as well as the area of sales with business fittings and furnishings, sales promotion and advertising, specialities and merchandise and services. The comprehensive framework programme offers the opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas, as well as the chance to provide more in-depth information during presentations. The SÜFFA innovation prize is awarded at the start of the trade fair. This prize recognises future-oriented products and work solutions.

Visitor groups

With the stage for trends and new products and services SÜFFA provides the ideal platform for the trend forum. Here products and innovations are showcased, and new trends are revealed. The qualified and practical presentations include technical knowledge and stimulate informative and professional discussions. The workshops and trade presentations are also very popular and well visited.

Trend forum

The percentage of specialist visitors has been well over 80 % for many years. The visitors come from medium-sized companies in the meat industry with 50 to 499 employees, from the trade itself, as well as medium-sized industry companies, and are heavily involved in the purchasing and investing decisions. The catchment area is expanding further, whereby most visitors come from Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate, the strongest trade regions. The main interest lies increasingly in work techniques and equipment, sales promotion and advertising.
