Key exhibition areas

The key exhibition areas of INTERVITIS INTERFRUCTA HORTITECHNICA, International technology trade fair for wine, juice and special crops, will cover the entire process chain. The trade fair will present everything for the industry from cultivation and harvesting technology, processing, process control and filling and packaging technology through to organisation and marketing. Viticulture, fruit cultivation, cellar technology, distillery technology, sparkling wine technology, beverage analysis, pump and handling systems, separation and filtration technology, closing techniques, corks and packaging machinery for beverages will be just some of the many exhibition areas. The machine demonstrations featuring tractors, transportation equipment and harvesting machinery always prove very popular among visitors.



The visitors come primarily from the following areas: Winegrowers, wine and sparkling wine producers, winegrowers' cooperatives, distilleries, spirits producers, fruit growing companies, producers of fruit wine and sparkling fruit wine, fruit juice producers, fruit juice bottling companies, fruit juice concentrate producers, distributors of dessert fruit. The expansion of the trade fair to include the area of special crops will open the door for new potential visitors such as specialist farmers, professional gardeners, refining companies, fruit- and vegetable-processing companies, manufacturers of fruit and vegetable products, direct marketers.


Exchange of technical information and innovations

The trade fair also serves as a platform for the exchange of technical information among industry representatives. The international renowned 62nd German Winegrowers' Congress, which is being organised by the German Winegrowers' Association, will complement the trade fair with scientific topics from research and development. The trade fair will be enhanced by a large number of forums, special shows and the Tasting Workshop. The Innovation Prizes for new and advanced technical developments are highly coveted by exhibitors. Future trends will be discussed during the Young Winegrowers' Conference.
