When you register, data such as your name, address, contact and communication details, telephone number, e-mail address and, if necessary, payment details will be recorded. Depending on the trade fair, further information regarding the company and/or the visitor's position within the company will be requested as proof of trade visitor status and, if necessary, the presentation of a suitable trade visitor pass.

Use of personal Data

We will use the data you provide to comply with your requests (e.g. ordering of catalogues or brochures) and to process your order(s), e.g. purchase of admission tickets or redemption of admission codes.

You can examine and update the data in your customer account when you purchase a ticket or redeem admission codes. We will also naturally be pleased to provide you with information at any time.

We will also use your data to inform you about other events and offers of Messe Stuttgart. In the case of selected events, we will request you to (voluntarily) take part in customer surveys to improve our services.

Transmission of data

We will only pass on your personal data with your permission. Your personal data will only be passed on without your permission to the extent described below:We commission service providers and individual persons to perform tasks for our company. Examples include the dispatch of letters or processing of payment transactions. These service providers only have access to personal data which are required to perform their tasks. You are also entitled to correct, block or delete your personal data, unless there are legally prescribed obligations for storing the data. If the data are blocked, the blocked data must be kept in an exclusion file for control purposes.

Messe Stuttgart takes the technical and organisational security measures which are required under the German Federal Protection Act to protect your personal data against loss and misuse, e.g. encrypted transmission of your data when using the trade fair ticket service. Our employees are obliged to handle personal data with care.

Advertising

The website of Messe Stuttgart contains advertisements in some places. These advertisements are provided by external ad servers.
